- Production company: Halia Films Pte. Ltd., Singapore

- Term: 7 June to 8 September 2027

## Principle

Four markets, one shoot, 120 deliverables, zero reshoots.

## Delivery method

### Section 2: delivery method

One four-day shoot in Singapore with talent cast from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and Bangkok. Localised in post, not reshot. Main risk: late script sign-off in any one market.

### 1. Pre-production, 7 June

Treatment, shot list and storyboard locked by 18 June. Market scripts in four languages signed off by 2 July. Each market lead approves its own talent.

### 2. Capture specification

Large-format cinema camera, 6K open gate, so 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5 are cut from one frame. Stills on a 100 MP body, tethered, colour-checked per setup.

### 3. Data and colour

Three copies of every card before reformat, one off site each night. ACES pipeline in DaVinci Resolve with one show LUT approved at prelight.

### 4. Review

Two rounds in Frame.io with frame-accurate comments. One consolidated set of notes per round from Kopi Lane, within three working days.

### 5. Acceptance

Each deliverable checked against the spec in Section 3. Five working days to accept or reject in writing, with the reason.

## Team and track record

Halia Films, Tanjong Pagar, founded 2015, 14 staff. Two comparable multi-market jobs and the two people accountable for this one.

### Sora Tea, five-market launch

*Tea bottles on a bar top under neon*

### Pulse Mobility, regional campaign

*Scooter under a covered walkway*

## Terms

### Section 6: terms

These clauses govern usage, acceptance and change. Where this SOW and the master services agreement of 3 March 2027 differ, this SOW applies to this job.

### Usage licence: territory, media and term

Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. Owned and paid digital, in-store screens and out-of-home. 24 months from first publication, no later than 30 September 2027.

Broadcast TV, other territories and renewals are quoted separately. Renewal for a further 12 months is priced at 55 percent of the licence fee.

### Acceptance criteria

A deliverable is accepted when it matches Section 3 for format, duration, resolution, loudness, language and naming, and reflects the notes from round two.

Creative preference after round two is not grounds for rejection. Silence after five working days counts as acceptance.

### Ownership, raw footage and archive

Kopi Lane owns the delivered masters on final payment. Halia Films owns the raw footage and RAW files and archives them for 24 months. Graded selects can be supplied for SGD 3,850.

### Change orders and a third review round

Any change to scope, markets or schedule is quoted in writing before work starts. A third review round is charged at 1,350 per editor day plus 2,600 per colourist day.

### Overtime, weather and cancellation

Shoot days are 10 hours. Overtime is charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate per person. The exterior day has a weather standby at 50 percent of crew fees.

Cancellation inside 10 working days of the shoot: 50 percent of production fees. Inside 3 working days: 100 percent.

> The SOW said what a third round would cost before we needed one. We did need one, and the invoice matched to the dollar.
